Recent Reads - The Voice of Knowledge

Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz left such a positive and inspirational impression on my mind and longing to read some more of his works. Today I would like to share with you another of his books - The Voice of Knowledge. It is a masterpiece of its own and shares a Toltec Wisdom as a practical guide to the inner peace.

2016 was a year of inner wanderings for me and this type of books, which open a different perspective of thought were very much welcome. If you are searching for the meaning of your life and trying to unravel the real yourself, this book might appeal to you as well as it did to me.

The Voice of Knowledge by Don Miguel Ruiz is a book which shows you how to recover your faith in the truth and return to your own common sense. Author shares his knowledge through tale of his life and challenges you as a reader to challenge everything you know to be able to see beyond your knowledge into a real you.

You notice the Four Agreements in between the lines and each chapter ends with Points to Ponder to summarise and to simplify the message author tries to deliver.

Here are some of my favourite quotes:

- The mind isfertile ground for concepts, ideas, and opinions. If someone tells us a lie and we believe it, that lie takes root in our mind and can grow big and strong, like a tree. One little lie can be very contagious, spreading its seeds from person to person when we share it with others.
by Miguel Ruiz, The Voice of Knowledge: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace

- All of the humans suffer is the result of believing in lies, mainly about ourselves. The first lie we believe is I am not: I am not the way I should be, I am not perfect. The truth is that every human is born perfect because only perfection exists.
by Miguel Ruiz, The Voice of Knowledge: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace

- "You can never be what you are not. You can only be you, and that’s it. And you are you right now, and it’s effortless."
by Miguel Ruiz, The Voice of Knowledge: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace

- "Humans are the storytellers of God. It is in our nature to make up stories, to interpret everything we percieve. Without awareness, we give our personal power to the story, and the story writes itself. With awareness, we recover the control of our story. We see that we are the authors, and if we don't like our story, we change it."

by Miguel Ruiz, The Voice of Knowledge: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace

- "What you call thinking is the voice of knowledge making up stories, telling you what you know, and trying to make sense out of everything you don't know. The problem is that the voice makes you do many things that go against yourself."
by Miguel Ruiz, The Voice of Knowledge: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace

- "The best way to write your story is with love. Love is the material that comes directly from your integrity, from what you really are."

by Miguel Ruiz, The Voice of Knowledge: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace

- "Life is a force that you cannot see. You only see the effects of life, the process of life in action. You don't see yourself, but you see the manifestation of life in your physical body. You have the sense of time, but it's nothing but the reaction of life passing through you."

by Miguel Ruiz, The Voice of Knowledge: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace

- "The truth is not in the story. The truth is in the power that creates the story. The truth is the real you: it's your own integrity, and nobody can guide you to that place. Only you can take yourself there. When the voice of knowledge becomes the voice of integrity, you return to the truth, you return to love, you return to heaven, and live in happiness again."

by Miguel Ruiz, The Voice of Knowledge: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace

Beautiful book, it touched something deep inside me and took my mind to new places.

Have you read it yet or any other books by Don Miguel Ruiz? I would love to read your thoughts and experience.

Facial skin care routine update -winter 2016/17

This type of blog post you seems like the most, so I thought to treat you to mu updated skin care routine before this year is out. It took me few cleansing method trials before my skin settled into a happy existence this winter. Usually it takes just few weeks to transit between seasons, but this time it took me few months. Not sure why it is so, but here are all the products I use in my facial skin care routine.

I would like to begin with a disclaimer. I am not a skin care professional, this is just my personal skin care routine. Please use it only as a guide to establish your own. This is not an advertisement, all products I purchased with my own funds.

Whenever I plan my skin care routine, I try to follow 5 rules: cleansing, toning, moisturising, exfoliating and a special treat. I would say that all my skin care routines are and were based on those; only products themselves tend to change.

1. Cleansing. As I have mentioned above, I had a bit of a challenge with cleansing this year. It took me longer to figure out what method my skin prefers and I am glad that I have found a solution for now. I wend from cleansing gel to oil cleansing method to my very old style - less is better. At the moment I use Nivea Daily Essentials Extra Gentle Eye Make-up Remover to cleanse my eye make up and I use a bit extra to cleanse all my face followed by a good rinse with warm water. Not much, but this calmed my skin irritation and improved overall complexion.

I use Vichy Purete Thermale Fresh Cleansing Gel now only once or twice a week in the morning and Miaroma Avocado Oil as a cleanser when I feel like to give my face some massage in the evening.

2. Toning. I haven't changed my Vichy Purete Thermale Perfecting Toner and still am using it to spray over my face and neck after cleansing and after a shower. I love the fresh scent and formula seems to agree with my skin.

3. Moisturising. I am using Nivea Daily Essentials Sensitive Day Cream and Night Cream. Both are gentle, soothing and seems work well with my skin type. Day cream comes with SPF15, so I am not using a separate skin protection at the moment. I bought again Yes to Blueberries Fine Lines and Wrinkles Eye Firming Treatment for my under the eye skin. Personally I find it very hard to decide on the eye cream, most of them I have tried haven't really left any impression on my memory, well apart from Yes to. It it light, but hydrates and moisturises gentle skin very well.

4. Exfoliating. I am opting for a mild exfoliation this winter: face cloth with Avocado oil when I do oil cleansing, Konjac sponge when I use cleansing gel or gentle scrub once a week. Vichy Normaderm 3 in 1cleanser, scrub and mask is one of my favourite multi-tasking skin care products. I use it mostly as a scrub and a deep cleansing mask. It is gentle and leaves my skin fresh and clear after each use.

5. A Special treat. We all need one! I love to treat my skin with some oils or face masks as often as I feel the need. I don't have a permanent choice of skin oil or face mask. At the moment I am going through my reserves and trying to finish products I have bought or received from the Glossybox. I am using Rodin Luxury Face Oil once in a while as a serum, just before my night cream, and Mudmasky Facial Detox Purifying Recovery Mask or Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask. I apply masks once or twice a week, opting for a cream textured one more often this winter.

There are three more beauty products I would like to add to my skin care routine: Miaroma Tea Tree and Lavender essential oils and The Organic Pharmacy Antioxidant Lip Balm. They are part of my facial skin care routine, but don't really belong to any particular section. I use Tea Tree oil on my breakouts in the evening, if I have any and I like to add a bit of Lavender essential oil into the Avocado oil when I cleanse my face with it. Lip balm is a must have for me this time of the year and The Organic Prarmacy Antioxidant Lip Balm is my perfect choice so far.

MWgift(s) - December 2016 update

Amazingly 2016 is almost over, just over a week left for the new year to commence. My project is going slowly, but surely on background of my busy life. Recently I started to have some creativity cravings and would like to introduce you to my new gift line.

These little booties are hand made from 100% cotton, perfect for little feet to keep them warm, but not overly so. They are such lovely gifts for christening or for a new born.

Here are two more items I came across last month. Both are decorative and elephant themed.

1. Vintage wooden elephant

2. Collectable Trumpeter's Ball from Harmony Kingdom.

I am currently updating MWgift(s) accounts on eBay and Amazon. All these items will be available for sale shortly.

Happy shopping everyone!

Empty bottles: VICHY and Sachajuan

I am again so much behind with my posting. Life is amazing and it keeps me busy with lots of things. I hope you all are doing well and don't mind my irregular writing.

I came across this draft and thought to finish it for you today. Personally I think it is important to share beauty product reviews, because there so many of them out there and we all want to make the right choice. Even through our skin and a lot of factors vary, just a glimpse of shared knowledge, can make the process and shopping experience the worth while.

I have one skin care and one hair product to write about.

1. Vichy Purete Thermale Fresh Cleansing Gel. I used it though all summer and some of the autumn daily. Its gentle formula provides good cleansing without drying out the skin. I loved the scent - light and fresh. I would say it is a long lasting product and worth its price.

Here is the ingredient list:

AQUA / WATER, GLYCERIN, COCO-BETAINE, SODIUM COCOYL GLYCINATE, PEG-120 METHYL GLUCOSE DIOLEATE, SODIUM CHLORIDE, DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL, LAURIC ACID, TRIETHANOLAMINE, MORINGA PTERYGOSPERMA SEED EXTRACT, PHENOXYETHANOL, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL, CITRIC ACID, TETRASODIUM EDTA, PARFUM / FRAGRANCE

It isn't the best, if you prefer a more natural skin care product, but it isn't that bad either. On a personal level it is 50/50. Natural cleansing products not always work for me and I think this cleansing gel is a wonderful substitution to the most of cleansing gels I have tried so far. I already got another bottle, but because season has change I use it only once or twice a week. If I would want to rate it from 1 to 5 stars I would give Vichy Purete Thermale Fresh Cleansing Gel full 4 stars. It will be part of my skin care routine for some time or until I will get tempted with something else.

2. Sachajuan Hair Repair. This is a professional hair care treatment from Sweden. According to the brand it contains silk technology and perfect for damaged and stressed hair. It is promotes cell regeneration and lend vitality and strength.

Personally I think it is a very good hair care product and deserves some attention. My memory brings out the hair texture after the use and a wonderful long lasting fresh scent it left. It made my hair silky, soft and easy manageable.

Here are the ingredients:

Aqua (Water), Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Chloride, Propylene Glycol, Dimethicone, Hydrolyzed Rhodophycea Extract, Parfum, Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate, Phenoxyethanol, Glycereth-2 Cocoate, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Peg-7 Glyceryl, Cocoate, Laureth-8, Succinoglycan, Sodium Chloride, Isopropylmyristate, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Citric Acid, Methylparaben, Butylparaben, Propylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Sodium Methylparaben, Alpha Isomethyl Ionone, Benzyl Salicylate, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Limonene, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool.

Sachajuan hair care products are priced as majority of professional hair care and they are available online from various stockists. I am not sure, if I would like to buy it again, just because there are so many other brands I would like to try first. Not a full stop for me, but it was wonderful to try it. If I would want to rate Sachajuan Hair Repair treatment from 1 to 5 stars I would give it 3 stars. It blends in with so many others and didn't stand out for me. I find it hard to locate a perfect hair care brand to stay loyal to. This one was nice, but something still is missing.

Have you tried any from above? Have you discovered your hair care heaven?

November beauty favourite

As soon as weather change and autumn kicks in, my lips let me know first that season has changed and it is time for extra lip care. My simple lip gloss suddenly isn't enough, my lips tend to go dry and sensitive. I love simple, natural lip balms and used to make my own, when I had more free time and a motivation, but this time I came across a wonderful alternative in a little tube.

This lip balm's consistency, the feel and results are so amazingly close to my own simple lip balm recipes, but it comes in a more convenient tube, so there is no need to dip fingers in.

Here is the full ingredient list:

Castor Oil, Soybean Sterols (Glycine Soya), Shea Butter (Butyrospermum Parkii)*, Beeswax (Cera Alba), Cocoa Butter (Theobroma Cacao), Honey (Mel)*, Parfum (Fragrance), Jojoba Oil(Simmondsia Chinensis)*, Pomegranate (Punica Granatum), Benzyl Alcohol, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), Benzyl Benzoate, Citral , Limonene, Geraniol, Linalool, Rose Hip (Rosa Canina) Oil*, Candelia Wax, Rice Bran (Oryza Sativa).

The Organic Pharmacy lip balm is wonderfully soft, gentle and efficient with the lip care. I am sure it will keep me happy though this winter, so far it did very well. Antioxidant lip balm is hydrating, moisturising and provides enough protection from adverse weather to keep lip skin healthy and plump. Another point goes to its scent - it is mild and refreshing.

Have you tried this lip balm before or what is your must have lip care this time of the year?

Facial cleansing - tools I use

Facial cleansing is a very important part of my skin care routine and today I would like to share the tools I use.

I have told you before about my Foreo Luna, click here to read the review. I have it for more than a year now and even through I don't use it daily any more, it is an important gadget in my skin care routine.

There are two new tools to share with you today, both I own thanks to my Glossybox subscription.

Spa to You Deep Pore Cleansing Facial Brush. It has soft bristles and silicone cushions to deeply cleanse and gently massage the skin.

I use it once a week or once in two weeks. Personally I find bristles soft only on touch to my fingers and in the dry state on my face, but as soon as water and cleanser are involved it is very abrasive brush. I am not 100% satisfied with its feel on my skin, but it is great for deep cleansing to improve micro-circulation, tone and enhance skin vitality. Brush itself is easy to clean and it dries out well.

If brush isn't my new favourite Spa to You Konjac Sponge is. It is small and hard as a pumice stone when it is dry, but gorgeously soft and gentle when it is soaked with water. I love the feel of it on my face. It cleanses well and exfoliates mildly what I prefer for a daily use.

It is made with 100% vegetable fibres and friendly to environment. My only reservation, it is sold soaked in some liquid which smells very "unnatural". It took me some time to cleanse the product out of the sponge. Not sure why Spa to You prefers to sell them that way.

I think I found my perfect two facial cleansing tools so far: Foreo Luna and the Konjac Sponge. Both of them compliment each other nicely. Foreo Luna with its special properties and massage and Konjac Sponge with its gentleness and ease. Just the perfect duo for me.

What is your favourite cleansing tool? Have you tried a Konjac Sponge? Do recommend in the comments below your favourite brand.

Empty bottles: MyChelle, Nuxe and Liz Earle

I have finished few beauty products and thought it is a good time to share my reviews.

1. MyChelle Perfect C Serum. This is anti-ageing, brightening serum for all skin types. I mentioned it before "my break" and it was the only serum I have used during the summer. A natural skin care product fully packed with anti-oxidants. According to the brand, its advanced formula is designed to protect skin's health while combating the signs of aging.

Serum contains a potent 17% dose of L-Ascorbic Acid and helps to strengthen collagen and improve skin texture.

It is a tiny bottle with the pump, serum has a watery yellow consistency with a kind of citrus scent. I wouldn't compliment it on the scent itself, but serum is good enough. I used it in the evenings before my night cream every other night and my skin was pleased with the formula.

I am not sure that I will buy it again, would like to explore elsewhere for now. Overall I would give MyChelle Perfect C Serum 4 stars out of 5 for its formula and effect. I can't say that it reduced my fine lines, but it definitely contributed to overall healthy looking skin.

2. Nuxe Masque Creme Fraiche de Beaute. One of my favourite face masks. It is soothing and hydrating, plus can be used under the eye area too.

According to the brand this mask is a source of wellbeing and immediate freshness. Made with Plant Milks and White Blossom, mask provides intensive moisturisation even for the driest skins. Can be used as a rescue treatment, it provides intensive relief, instantly soothing skin discomfort.

I can only agree, this is my second tube and I am looking to get the third in the future. Nuxe Masque Creme Fraiche de Beaute deserves 5 stars for its consistency in keeping my skin refreshed and soft. Like it!

3. Liz Earle for Men Sensitive Shave Cream. Well, I believe men know everything about shaving, so why not to try a men's shaving cream. Actually, no! My second half rejected it and branded this little tube as a useless waste of money and his time. I on other hand, found it just the right thing.

My first positive impression was it doesn't smell like most of men's shaving creams. It has mild and soothing scent, more on a grassy side. Texture and formula also soothing and calming. You do need to work it to get the lather, but razor glides smoothing over it and ta dah...there are no razor burns or irritation.

According to the brand shave cream is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Made with natural ingredients, including shave grass, renowned for its soothing properties, and Clary Sage and Eucalyptus to help calm and protect skin.

I believe Liz Earle for Men Sensitive Shave Cream deserves 4 stars out of 5. It isn't perfect for the stubborn male hair, but works well enough for ladies. So if you are looking for a natural, gentle shave cream, why not to give this one a go.

Here are all my empties so far. Have you tried any of them? What do you say?

Balcony in bloom - September update

Last weekend I had a bit of time to tidy my balcony and thought to up to date you with my all year round blooming project. I have injected a bit of colour and variety with colourful Pansies, adding one or two in each pot.

I love the effect and they can cope very well with cooler temperatures, so I hope to enjoy them for few month to come. Two unusual stones you can see in the corner, my boys found them on one of our our river bank walks. I think they add an interesting touch.

Baby begonias I have planted in the early spring, flowered all summer and still growing quite nicely. I kept them as they are, believe they will flower until first frosts.

I have new pot in the opposite corner. Beautiful Zantedechia was evicted from my leaving room due to green bugs. Amazingly, it is very strong and survived not just ambush, but my attempts to help. I bought some colourful Primula to keep it company outside, because I think it prefers the outdoors more.

My little flower corners keeps me happy and content. I am glad that I am able to find some time to dig in. How is your balcony/garden, ready for new season?

MWgift(s) - September 2016 update

I am having a day off and am preparing few new items to list on MWgift e-Bay account. I thought it is a perfect opportunity to write an update and tell you how am I getting on with all the changes.

At the moment MWgift(s) is more self efficient and doesn't require much of my time, but it doesn't bring the profit either. I get enough to reinvest in the new stock, but nothing at all to cover my personal efforts. Because it is more like a hobby and my interests are with the new career at the moment, I don't mind.

I hope to find a more efficient way how to manage my new lifestyle so I will be able to dedicate enough time to the project, to see it grow and develop.

Here is something new you can find on MWgift(s) this month.

1. Three leaf decorative jewellery storage box. It has three beautiful compartments, lovely floral pattern through out and that oriental feel most of us like so much. Click here to see it in details.

2. Small decorative chest jewellery storage box. This looks so chic. I love the pattern, soft velvet inside and overall pirate feel about it. Click here to see more photos and description.

3. Medium decorative painted peacock stand. I think it is beautiful on its own, but can be used to display your artworks at home or in office. Lovely colours and details. Something different and unique for your interior. Click here for more details.

I think September is a perfect time to inject fresh and new items in your home design and interior. I hope you will get inspiring ideas from MWgift(s).

Happy shopping everyone!

Glossybox - September 2016

I would say, I have a very complicated relationship with the Glossybox. One day I crave the box, another I want to end this all. Here is my another "last" Glossybox. For how long? Honestly, I don't know myself.

September Glossybox came in this gorgeous red colour and it is a collaboration box with the Red Magazine. Mine had two extra products: MUA Eyeshadow Palette in shade Starry Night and Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask. It was a slight mess up with last month's MUA Palette's choice, so they send it to reimburse any bad feeling on the matter. Face mask sachet was a surprise and a very pleasant one.

There are two favourites in the box this month: The Organic Pharmacy Antioxidant Lip Balm and Gel Envy Diamond Top Coat from Revlon. Lip balm is just perfect for the coming cooler months and I am glad to receive a top coat instead of colour.

Rest are either on "ok" side, or just a curios try items. Two Faced Better Than Sex Mascara (really?). Promises you 100% dramatic volume, 100% longer lashes and a dramatic look with one coat. Will let you know later, if it is that good. An interesting little thing.

Rodial Smokey Eye Pen goes to the "ok" side. I am sure it will get used once in a while, only because I prefer greys to blacks. It is amazingly soft. If you are after a smokey eye look - it will do a great job.

The last, but not the least - Hydro Face Mask by VITAMASQUES. It promises 120 hours of hydration. There is a draw back, you need to hold it for 30 minutes. Don't know how about you, but I will need to find a special time to do this properly. Hopefully soon and will post you with a review.

My mixed feeling will keep me off the box for a while I guess. What is your attitude to the beauty boxes? Do you have a favourite or do you think it is a waste of your money in the end?

It is for sure a value for your money. The box value is always more than £10, but if you don't need all these beauty treats?! I love the element of surprise it provides you with every month. I guess I will need to devise my own way of a monthly treat. Now I have 10 pounds to spare every month. Let see what I will get up to!

Seche Nail Lacquer, Portobello - review and swatch

New season and I have noticed that I have a different colour preference for my nails. Here is one of them - Seche Nail Lacquer in Portobello shade. A light brown shade joined my favourite grey nail polish to replace all sorts of pinks and reds. Here is the swatch for you to have a look.

I am wearing it in one layer. Apparently Seche Portobello Nail Lacquer is a quick drying single coat nail polish. It is free from Formaldehyde, Toluene and DBP. Nail polish lasts just as any other on my nails, few days at most. I guess my lifestyle is to blame for that. But what I like about this particular little bottle of varnish - it is so easy to remove and reapply. Bottle contains a decent 14ml to enjoy. Another plus point from me, it doesn't smell too much of the varnish.

It isn't the best nail polish I have used, but I believe it deserves 4 stars for its performance. Colour is a personal preference, but the formula itself worth a try.

Have you tried any of Seche Nail Lacquers? Which shade is your favourite one?

Life updates

It feels like a very long time since I wrote a post. Life is amazing and it brings lots of changes sometime when you least expect. I got a new job and am embracing a new career. Being a full time person on both fronts - family and work, doesn't leave much time to spare. My personality is changing and adapting to the new lifestyle. Limited time brings all important on to the surface and leaves the rest behind.

Will I continue my blog? Maybe. It is already went through some changes and I am sure will survive this one.

This blog isn't only about sharing my wonderings, but also a place where I can express my personality and connect with someone who is maybe just like me and is searching for a balance.

I guess my writing today means I will see you very soon with new blogpost.

Best wishes,
Marija

Beauty haul - John Freida

Days are getting warmer and I feel like it is time to change my hair care products for something lighter. For a start, I bought two hair care products from John Frieda.

1. John Frieda Luxurious Volume Shampoo in Salon Size. This shampoo allows to prepare fine hair for a full style without stripping and gives the soft feel on the locks. John Frieda Luxurious Volume Shampoo's formula contains volume-building technology, which gently cleanses and de-tangles fine hair, while enhancing natural volume, for a soft finish bouncing with full body.

This will be my third John Frieda shampoo to try out and so far they are in favour due to softness of formula and the results. I am looking forward to try the Volume Shampoo out and will review it for you in my empties.

2. John Frieda Full Repair Repairing Oil Elixir. My previous hair oil from Toni&Guy Classic Shine Gloss Serum (review) is completely finished and I thought to explore and try something from John Frieda.

Full Repair Repairing Oil Elixir is enriched with Inca Inchi Oil. According to the official website, this luxurious elixir visibly repairs dry, damaged and brittle hair, while reducing the risk of further breakage and split ends. All that without weighing hair down.

Repairing formula will help to increase shine, while protection from the damage of heated styling tools, for impeccably smooth and nourished hair. Yes, please!

I hope it will be a perfect oil for hot days. I tend to dry my hair after a wash and colouring contributes to the damage too. Overall my hair is healthy and I am happy with the look, but the structure is damaged and they are prone to fuzz.

Do you use hair oil/serum all year round or only once in a while as a treatment?

Sunny Isle Jamaican Black Castor oil - Empty bottles

I am going through the phase at the moment, trying to finish all my carrier oils while they are in dates. First oil to run out is the Sunny Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil

I used this oil in some of my DIY Beauty recipes in the past. Personally I prefer Castor oil as an ingredient, than on its own. Castor oil usually has thick and sticky consistency and woody scent to it. The oil is perfect as an overnight hair treatment and worked magic on my hair along with 1ml of Argan oil.

A little bit about Sunny Isle Jamaican Black Castor Oil. It has a medium consistency, a light ashy aroma and a high ash content, ideal for regrowing damaged, dry or fading hair. Sunny Isle's organic castor seeds are roasted and ground by a manual grinder and then the crushed beans are boiled to extract the 100% pure, dark brown, organic oil.

Benefits of Castor oil.

I wanted to use this opportunity and share some beauty benefits of Castor oil.
The oil is widely famous for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Oils is used in various cosmetics, soaps and massage oils owing to the fact that it has plenty of benefits for your hair and skin.

Hair benefits. Castor oil stimulates hair growth for all hair type thanks to omega-9 essential fatty acids. Oil helps to reduce split ends and hair breakage, it has conditioning and moisturising properties to promote overall hair health. Along with hair thickness, Castor oil helps to return hair shine and gloss.

Due to its properties Castor oil is great for eye lashes and eyebrows.

Castor oil can help to eliminate minor scalp conditions, like itchy scalp and dandruff due to its anti-fungal and antibacterial properties.

Skin benefits. Castor oil is able to penetrate deep into the skin, soften and hydrate it. The oil also helps to promote the production of elastin and collagen, which helps to delay the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Castor oil is a wonderful ingredient to add into your cleansing oil mixes. It will not just remove all impurities and make-up, but also will nourish and moisturise your skin. This oil is perfect for dry or sun skin due to its soothing properties.

Do you use Castor oil in your beauty routines?
