March Beauty Haul: YESto, Soap&Glory and Natural Collection Cosmetics

Lovely month March - first glimpse of the spring! I did a bit of shopping and happy to share what did I treat myself with this time.

1. YESto Cucumbers Daily Gel cleanser. I run out of my morning cleanser and was for a quest for some time. I decided to buy a natural cleanser and because I used some of YESto skin care products - this cleanser came in my view. I am pleased so far and you saw it in my updated skin care routine. It is a very gentle, light and fresh gel cleanser will suit sensitive skin type very well.

2. YESto Blueberries Smoothing Daily cleanser. As I have mentioned in my skin care routine I am having a break from the oil cleansing method until summer time and I wanted to buy a gently cleansing milk for the evening. Because Boots had 3 for 2 offer I went with the bargain and bought two of them. I do use more cleanser in the evenings than in the mornings.

3. Soap&Glory Supercat Eyeliner. I am currently looking for a new make-up look and updating my make-up bag. Eyeliner is one of the cosmetic items I am looking for. I tested few in the store (sadly not all of the eyeliners got testers). I have mine in Carbon Black Extreme. I will post reviews and swatches when my make-up bag will be updated for the spring.

4. Natural Collection Duo Eyeshadow. Well, nothing natural in it, I guess that reference is to the shades they use. A very affordable brand you can find in your local Boots. As I mentioned before I don't want to spend much on something what is not worth it. Read my new approach to shopping. This lovely duo eyeshadow costs only £1.99 and I have it in Mocha/Latte.

I am planning to buy something exciting next month, so watch out for the next beauty haul.

Have you tried any beauty products from the above?

Empty Bottles - March 2015

Due to the move I don't have one empty bottle for you to show, but if you follow my blog you saw it in my beauty haul few months back.

It is a natural gentle cleanser in a gel form. I liked the consistency and how it left my skin soft and clean, but I hated the scent. It didn't smell of orange to me at all, but something peculiar and strange. I will give Burt's Bees Orange Essence Facial Cleanser 4 stars out of 5, just due to the strange scent.

Here are the ingredients for you to have a look:

glycerin, olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, limonene, avena sativa (oat) kernel flour, lanolin, citrus aurantium dulcis (sweet orange) peel oil, quillaja saponaria (quillaja) bark extract, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, avena sativa (oat) kernel oil, helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, beta-carotene, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, tocopherol, glycine soja (soybean) oil, olus (vegetable oil, huile vegetale), canola oil (huile de colza), sodium benzoate

This is my second Burt's Bees cleanser to try and I am pleased with the quality. I won't buy again the Orange Essence, but Radiance I truly love.

Here are the other empties I managed to keep:

2. Schwarzkopf Ultimate Volume Shampoo. This shampoo didn't suit my hair at all! It didn't wash them well and didn't give them any volume. I will give Schwarzkopf Ultimate Volume Shampoo 1 star out of 5. One star just to be fair, because I did finish the bottle off.

3. Miaroma Avocado Oil. I can't even tell you how I enjoyed using this oil and in how many ways. You will see it in my lip balms, hair mix, face masks recipes. I used it for the oil cleansing method and just as body oil. Read full description of benefits in here. I will give Miaroma Avocado Oil 5 stars out of 5, because it is gentle and moisturising. Brilliant multi-purpose oil to have in your beauty cabinet.

4. SkinPEP Collagen Growth Factor Face Mask. We are doing some decorating in our new home and I used it to refresh and revitalise my skin after a hard day. It did well, my skin felt moisturised and fresh. My first experience with this type of gel masks - you do feel like alien when it is on. So stay away from your close ones. One reservation you do need to leave it for 30 or even 40 minutes, so not for a quick fix.

Here are the ingredients for you to have a look:

Aqua, Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, , Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, sh- Oligopeptide-1, sh-Polypeptide-1, sh-Polypeptide-5, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-3, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 , snail secretion filtrate Dipropylene Glycol, Arbutin, Saccharomyces Ferment Filtrate, Boswellia Serrata Extract, Ubiquinone, Ceramide 3(CO Q10), Lecithin, Royal Jelly extract, Propolis Extract, Caprylyl Glycol, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Chlorphenesin , Disodium EDTA, Chondrus Crispus (Carrageenan), Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba (Guar) Gum, Agar, Potassium Chloride, Glucose, Butylene Glycol, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. Natural Fragrance, Ceratonia Siliqua Gum.

I will give SkinPEP Collagen Growth Factor Face Mask 4 stars out of 5, just because I think it promises much more what it actually gives. But it is a good face mask to try and scent is divinely refreshing.

5. Anatomicals Zap! Zap! Zap! Gets That Chap. Day and Night Spot Stick. I got this one in my December Glossybox. I usually don't have many break outs, just hormonal once in a while, but I did use it few times. Unfortunately packaging is so bad this spot stick break very fast and I couldn't trial it any longer. From all those uses I had I can tell you it helps to disinfect affected areas and dries spots.

Here are the ingredient list:

Day: Aqua, Alcohol, 1,3-Butylene Glycol, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Polysorbate 20, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Methylisothiazolinone, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, CI 42090, CI 19140. Night: Aqua, Alcohol, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Cyclomethicone, Isohexadecane, Glycerin, 1,3-Butylene Glycol, Steareth-2, Steareth-21, Cetyl Stearate, Allantoin, Sodium Acrylate/Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Polysorbate 80, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Benzophenone-3.

I will give Anatomicals Zap! Zap! Zap! Gets That Chap. Day and Night Spot Stick 3 stars out of 5, due to the bad packaging and it doesn't do what promised (like cure you of every blemish). But Tea Tree Oil and Witch Hazel my skin appreciated and I think this product deserves 3 stars and checking out.

6. Natural Cocoa Lip Balm from my DIY Beauty. I love making my own lip balms and this one was really lovely. I plan to post my collection of lip balm (I have quite few from the Glossybox), I can tell you that nothing can compare with a DIY lip balm. Must be the simplicity and effectiveness of the ingredients. Only one downside is a short shelf life. But  again they are so easy to make and you can restock any time.

I will give Natural Cocoa Lip Balm 5 stars out of 5. Not just because I made it, but because it is really a treat. Check it out and try for yourself!

What was your best empty bottle this month?

My Skin Care Routine - Face - Spring 2015

Spring is here and it is time to update my skin care routine.

My facial skin care routine this spring

As usual my skin care routine is simple and easy to follow through. I don't like to complicate any of my routines with numerous beauty products, so if you are just like me or starting on your first skin care routine - you are in the right place.

Morning:

1. Cleansing with a gentle gel cleanser when needed. Here you need to follow along with your skin type and needs. I tend to use cleansing gel every other day, just because I cleansed my face well the night before and sometimes just water is enough for me.

At the moment I am using YESto Cucumbers Daily Gel Cleanser. It is a very gentle gel cleanser, but work for my skin at the moment. It is soothing, contains 96% natural ingredients and it isn't pricey like some natural cleansers. I bought mine from Boots on offer 3 for 2, worth checking it out.

2. Toning with a gentle toner. I used to skip this step in winter, but as spring kicks in I feel need to close my pores and prepare my face for the face cream.

I have received my toner in the January Glossybox and it is what I am reaching out at the moment. This toner contains a soothing blend of calendula, chamomile and aloe vera. Kueshi Revitalizing Face toner is soothing, fresh and hydrating. Only one reservation on my part - scent is a little bit to sweet for my taste.

3. Moisturising with a light face cream. If your cream contains SPF you don't need to apply it separately, but mine doesn't have it so I am using a sun protective lotion for my face.

At the moment I am enjoying my recent buy - Pai Chamomile and Rosehip Calming Day cream. It is lightly creamy, my skin just "drinks" it all up. It is to soon to post a review, but I will keep you updated in my empties.
I found a sample of Eau Thermale Avene Very High Protection Cream. This sun protective cream is for dry and sensitive skin with SPF50+. I like it. It isn't greasy, doesn't make my face shiny and doesn't leave any white marks on the skin.

4. Eye cream. I think it is important to use an eye cream in any age and sometime I regret that I started to use it only recently. But now it is always in my skin care routine. I prefer light and cooling eye cream during the day, but at the moment I try to finish my YESto Blueberries Eye Firming Treatment. It is more on a creamy side, but my skin just takes it in happily. I would like to buy something more cooling and refreshing for the spring time. If you know a good eye cream you want to recommend, do leave a comment.

Evening:

1. Cleansing with a gentle cleansing milk. I am at the moment having a break from oil cleansing method until summer time and using the cleansing milk. I don't use much make-up, so even gentle cleansing with the milk helps to remove my face powder and a concealer.

At the moment I am using YESto BlueberriesSmoothing Daily cleanser. I usually do face massage while cleansing and remove it with a wet face cloth. I like this cleanser consistency and how it leaves my skin soft and clean.

I remove my eye make-up with Nivea Sensitive 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing water. It is gentle to the skin and does the job.

2. Toning with a gentle toner. Just a sweep of toner to remove any traces or cleanser and to close the pores. I use the same Kueshi toner, read above.

3. Face oil/Serum. I am using Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate face oil as a serum this spring. I usually apply it every other day. I have few serums to try and review from SkinPEP, I will share my thought in a review later on.

4. Nourishing with a night cream. I like a bit thicker creams for the night and my turmeric cream always has been a favourite. I usually change my face creams once in a while, but always come back to the turmeric cream.

I bought my Aurvedic Nature Riche Turmeric cream back in October from Asian pharmacy store in London. I found a link online if you want to have a look, but it is sold out. There is another turmeric cream I like and it is easier to buy it if you want to try - Vicco Turmeric cream

5. Eye cream. At the moment I use a dab of Pai BioRegenerate Rosehip oil as an eye cream.

Once a week:

1. Exfoliation with a gentle scrub. I will use Pai Kukui and Jojoba Bead Skin Brightening exfoliator  and Naobay Moisturising Peeling this spring to gently exfoliate my skin.

2. Face mask. I am about to finish my NUXE Paris Creme Fraiche de Beaute Mask and am looking for something new to try this spring. Along with ready made masks, I like to use my home made ones. Check links below for recipes.

3. Face massage. I try to do face massage when I put face cream or cleanse my face, but I would like to find more time this spring to improve my massage technique. Ideally I would like to do face massage once a week for at least 30 minutes at a time and 5-10 minutes daily in the evenings. Massage is brilliant for anti-ageing and helps to relax muscles and improves circulation.

If you follow my blog you know that I prefer to use natural products in my facial skin care. I think 90% of products I use are natural and/or organic. At my present state of mind, this knowledge comforts me and it is nice to know what I put on my skin. Read about the ingredient to avoid I posted some time ago here. I am more relax on the matter with the make-up and rest of my toiletries. It is up to you what to buy and how much to pay. The main to keep always in mind your skin type and your skin care needs.

What is your skin care routine this spring? Do you do anything different since the winter months or use different products? Or maybe you prefer to stick to one routine all year around? I will be delighted to read your comments, feel free to leave one.

Glossybox - March 2015

My Glossybox has arrived late this month. Maybe it is because this is the last one. I have decided to have a break from the Glossy, because I have collected a plenty of lip products and mascaras. I will miss excitement of it, but I do need a break. I have something in mind I want to buy and would like to clear some space in my bathroom and cosmetics area.

Theme of March is "step into spring" and it is lovely as ever. I have received 4 full size products and two samples. What I always enjoy - Glossybox is always been for me a good value for the money I spend.

1. NAOBAY Moisturising Peeling. I was waiting for this organic peeling milk from Spanish eco-brand. It contains particles from the acai tree and helps to brighten up the complexion.

I got a full size 100ml worth £13.71.

2. Dove Advanced Hair Series Youthful Vitality Shampoo and Conditioner. I saw an advert this month and looking forward to try them out. This hydrating duo repairs brittle tresses and works to replenish lost nutrients, so hair is left stronger, sleeker and looking twice as thick. I will post you with a review how did I get on.

I got two samples (one of conditioner and one of shampoo 50ml each) full size is 250ml and costs £5.99.

3. Carmex Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm. This one is a sheer tint in Berry keeps lips protected and moisturised thanks to super-food ingredients such as vitamin E, aloe and Shea butter.

I got a full size product 2g worth  £4.49.

4. Essence Lash Princess Volume Mascara. I sneak in and it has a very interesting brush and I liked the consistency (not to much of mascara on the brush). This mascara should create length and dramatic volume, will keep you posted later.

I got a full size mascara 12ml and it costs £3.30.

5. ncLA Nail Lacquer. I am looking forward to try this nail polish, I got a lovely spring shade (Santa Monica Shore Thing ncla015). This nail polish is free of toxins, what is nice to know. I will post review and a swatch shortly.

I got a full size 15ml and it costs £13.

I am pleased with my Glossybox this month and promise to let you know when I plan to reactivate my subscription.

What was your favourite beauty item in your Glossybox? Do you subscribe to any beauty box?

Recent Reads - Humans an A to Z

I came across a very peculiar book and wanted to share it with you. It is catchy and amazingly I went through it very quickly. Humans an A to Z by Matt Haig advises you how to make the most of your time on earth. Well if you have a feeling like you don't know what are you doing on this planet or feel a bit alienated this book is brilliant to find some sense of what is going on.

I am about to dive in another book by this author Humans, just only because I found this rough guide quite amusing.

Don't want to spoil your fun, so I will just will share some things you need to remember in order to fit in as a human according to Matt Haig.

1. Wear clothes. At all times.
2. Don't eat cats. Eat cows, or sheep, or pigs. But never eat a cat.
3. Sigh more with age.
4. Regret the distance between who you are and who you wanted to be as a child, even as you continue to widen the gap.
5. When talking to a human, fight your nausea and look into their face.
6. Although two legs and arms give you lots of options, most humans choose to walk to places. Running is acceptable if you are in a hurry, but hurry, but hopping and crawling in public places is inappropriate.
7. Act like money can save you.
8. Pretend to be in awe of technology if it is new. Laugh at it if it is five years old. Even through, to you, it is all looks one million years old.
9. If you find yourself having sexual intercourse with a human do not giggle until is over.
10. Be depressed on Mondays and happy on Saturdays. Not the other way around. It will annoy people.

Light and interesting guide to read. Have you come across it yet?!

February Beauty Haul: Pai and Herbal Essences

I bought few really great beauty items in February, so I couldn't skip it. Here it is my overdue beauty haul.

1. Herbal Essences Dry Shampoo. I always wanted to try a dry shampoo. Plus I try to give my hair an extra day before next wash, so it was a handy purchase. I used it few times already and I am not sure if I like it or not. I am not kin on the fragrance, but this dry shampoo doesn't have any white residue and seems does what dry shampoos do. Maybe I just prefer to have my hair washed and enjoy wearing them down. I can only say it is great for the up-do styling: gives you volume and texture.

2. Pai Chamomile and Rosehip Calming Day Cream. This is a really lovely day cream and it ticks a lot of boxes for me: natural ingredients, gentle scent and creamy, but not sticky texture, makes my skin calm and happy.

Pai Chamomile and Rosehip Calming Day Cream is formulated to soothe and maintain extremely sensitive skin using only the "cleanest" natural ingredients. I don't have a sensitive skin, but I wanted to find a good basic day cream. This cream is gentle to the skin and plus packed full of antioxidants and Omega 3, 6, 7 and 9. Superior CO2 extracts of German Chamomile and Rosehip deliver the plants' calming and restorative properties in their most concentrated and "complete" form. My skin is so happy with it, I will keep you posted in the empty bottles with the full review.

3. Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil. I heard so much good about this oil and I wanted to try it for myself for some time now. Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate oil refines appearance of damaged skin and fine lines, high levels of Trans Retinoic Acid delivers Pro-Vitamin A to the skin without causing irritation and Pai clames that their oil is the most concentrated Rosehip Oil on the market today.

I am using it every other evening along with my night cream. It is early to say anything, but I can tell you it is soft, not sticky oil with a herbal scent. Another like for the Pai from me.

4. Pai Kukui and Jojoba Bead Skin brightening exfoliator. I haven't tried it just yet, but I am positive that I will enjoy it. I am really pleased with the Pai skin care quality so far.

Pai Kukui and Jojoba Bead brightening exfoliator unlike others, whose uneven grains can damage and irritate healthy skin, Pai's clever Micro-Sphere system is formulated to protect as it polishes. Perfectly cylindrical 100% natural Jojoba Beads gently roll over skin, lifting away dead skin cells and surface impurities as they go.

It is enriched with exotic oils, the nourishing gel formula transforms into a silky milk, washing away to leave skin refreshing and radiant. High concentrations of Omega 3 and 6 plus Vitamins A, D and E instantly hydrate and soften your bright new complexion.

What did you buy in February you can't wait to share? Leave a comment bellow.

Post Pregnancy Hair Recovery - My Story and Recovery Tips.

It is so hard to come back to blogging after the break. I will try to catch up with you as I go. I wanted to share with you my post pregnancy hair recovery story and give you some tips I found useful. Even if you are not pregnant or had a baby recently, you might find this post useful, because it is about general hair care and nutrition.

Post pregnancy hair loss

Most of women during pregnancy have thick and lustrous hair and I were one of them. Usually post pregnancy hair loss occurs after giving birth or shortly after. I have been so happy thinking I avoided it then 8 months later - poof! I were alarmed and shocked to find that my hair seems to be falling out. They were everywhere: in my brush, in the tub, on the floor, sofa - you name it! I can tell you, it was the most distressing experience in my life.

Online research gave me this information: in the normal cycle of hair growth, some hair is lost every day. But during pregnancy the increased level of estrogen in the body freezes hair in the growing phase of the cycle. Hair that would normally fall out stays put, resulting in thicker hair. After you give birth and your estrogen levels decline, however, all that hair that was resting starts to fall out. This usually starts the third or fourth post-partum and ends by six month. I don't know why it took longer in my case, but we all are different and where are exceptions. This temporary hair loss doesn't mean you are deficient in nutrition or vitamins. It is simply hormonal.

Sometimes hair falls out all over the head. Or clumps may come out when you brush it, or in the shower. However, often women just lose a lot around their hairline, so that their hair looks very fine in the front, or as if they are going bald.

Gladly, I had my common sense and knew that it was a temporary phase and I just needed to keep up my healthy diet and my hair care routine. Well, I had my moments of panic too! I am glad now it is all in the past.

I thought that my experience might be useful for you and I know it is important to know that you are not alone in the world and what is going on with you is just normal and temporary. Here are some tips for you to help you to recover from a post pregnancy hair loss. Mind you, I am not a doctor and if you have a serious concern, you do need to speak to the professional. I am writing just from my personal experience. Please be always serious about your health!

Post pregnancy hair recovery tips

1. Stay hydrated. I did my one week water drinking challenge to encourage myself to drink more water. My daily target is at least 2 litres. I find it harder in the winter time and I do like a cup of tea once in a while. Some days I am good with my water intake some days I drink less. The main don't push yourself hardest, do baby steps if you are starting to allow your body to adjust. You can check online for your daily recommended water intake, just enter your details here

2. Eat well. I made a post awhile ago about nutrients you need to focus for a healthy hair, click here to read more about it. I believe that even the best shampoos and conditioners won't be able to help you, if your diet is poor and luck essential vitamins and minerals. It is up to you to take suplements and vitamins, but I think right food that is what your body need to recover and boost that healthy hair grow.

3. Hair care routine. As soon as you sorted with your healthy diet it is worth to check on your hair care routine. You can read my autumn/winter hair care routine here, few things have changed since and I will post you with updated hair care routine in spring.

4. Haircut. I know it can be hard to decide to visit your hairdresser when you are loosing a lot of your hair, but new hair cut can change the way you look a lot. Plus experience hair dresser can give you an advice how to enhance your look with the appropriate hair style to suit your current condition. I can say that you most likely due for a hair cut because your ends will need some refreshment. I didn't cut my hair during my pregnancy and by time my son was born I really needed a haircut. I went for a repeat trim after 6 months and even my hair is much shorter when they used to be, they actually look much healthier and more manageable.

5. Try to avoid tight hair styles. I mean here all those pony tails and tight knots. Give your hair some freedom. If you wear your hair up very often that can result in splits and more damage. I know it can be hard when you have a little tot around to leave your hair down, but there are hairstyles, just google them.

6. Relax and be happy. You don't want any more stress when you already have. Remember post pregnancy hair lost is normal and temporary, so try to find time to relax and enjoy your new family experience. Read here one of my recent posts about how to fight blues.

Here is my hair few weeks ago. I have a lot of tiny baby hair coming up, so I find it challenging to style. Your tips are welcome on how to tame new growing baby hair.

Empty Bottles - February 2015

I have been busy last month and it won't get any better this month either. You might see less post on my blog, but I will try to catch up later. If you have any special requests, please leave a comment for me. Here are reviews of my empty bottles from February, hope you will find this post useful.

1. I selected few samples with my Lavera's cosmetics order, click here to read review and I thought they are worth mentioning in my empties. Primavera Protective Lotion sample - Moisturising. It is a lovely and light face lotion with a scent of orange blossoms. Left my skin moisturised and soft.

Here is the ingredient list for you to have a look:

Water (Aqua), Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil* org, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil* org, Glycerin, Distarch Phosphate, Vaccinium Macrocarpon (Cranberry) Fruit Juice* org, Salix Nigra (Willow) Bark Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil (and) Ficus Carica (Fig) Fruit Extract* org, Glyceryl Stearate, Ribes Nigrum (Black Currant) Leaf Extract* org, Sodium Citrate, Hydrolized Milk Protein, Xanthan Gum, Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba (Guar) Gum, Magnesium Stearate, Fragrance (Parfum), Citrus Aurantium Amara (Bitter Orange) Flower Oil* org, Levulinic Acid, Tocopherol, Silver Sulfate, Ribes Nigrum (Black Currant) Seed Oil* org, Ficus Carica (Fig) Fruit Extract* org, Alcohol* org, Plantago Lanceolata Leaf Extract* org, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract* org, Citral, Geraniol, Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool

Another sample from Primavera I liked is their Replenishing Cream. It is a bit more thicker consistency than lotion, but has the same orange blossoms scent. Will be great for dry skin.

Here are the ingredients for it:

Water, Jojoba Oil* org., Almond Oil* org., Shea Butter* org., Beeswax* org., Glycerine stearate, Glycerine, Oleic Alcohol, Cranberry Juice* org., Willow Bark Extract, Cassis Water* org., Sodium citrate, Milk Emulsifier taken from organic milk, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Magnesium stearate, Laevulin Acid, natural Vit. E, Avocado Oil* org., Fig Oil* org., 100 % pure Essential Oils, Essential Neroli Oil* org., Silver Sulphate, Argan Oil* org., Blackcurrant Seed Oil* org., Fig Extract* org., Acerola Extract* org., Alcohol* org., Ribwort Extract* org., Willow Bark Extract* org., Citral, Geraniol, Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool*ingredients from certifed organic cultivation

This was my first try of Primavera skin care and I think they are worth considering for the skin care routine. I like the ingredients they use to make their creams and lotions (lots of oils and extracts), scent is mild and skin just absorbs cream so fast and feels soft and not sticky. I will keep this brand in mind for my future shopping.

Have you tried any of Primavera skin care products, share with me what did you liked or disliked?

2. I used up as well this month SkinPep Wrinkle Clear Growth Factor Serum. If Primavera samples lasted me only for few days each, this tiny thing I enjoyed for a three weeks. Mind you, I used it only in the evenings as part of my overnight routine and I applied it only on targeted areas. I can't see any visible difference with my fine lines, but this serum is very light and not sticky. As they say it might improve your fine lines and wrinkles in the long run. I am a little bit sceptic at the moment, but will try other anti-ageing products I have received in my SkinPep sample bundle last month with hope to find something what works fast and gives visible results. Will keep you posted.

Here is the ingredient list for you to have a look:

Aqua, Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, Butylene Glycol, Betaine, sh-Oligopeptide-1, h-Polypeptide-1, sh-Polypeptide-5, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-3, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Retinol, Sphingolipids, Phospholipid, Lecithin, Tocopherol, Triethanolamine, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Water, Butylene Glycol, Boswellia Serrata Extract, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Propolis Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Red Ginseng Extract, Panthenol, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum, PPG-12-Buteth-16 , PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Allantoin, Pentylene Glycol, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Leaf Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Powder, Polysorbate 80, Phenoxyethanol, Shea butter, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, Methylparaben, Ceramide 3, Tocopheryl Acetate, Propylparaben, Fragrance, Disodium EDTA, Potassium Hydroxide, Ubiquinone, Ceramide 3, Lecithin, Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate, Jania Rubens Extract .

I will give SkinPep Wrinkle Clear Growth Factor Serum 3 stars out of 5. I know I can't truly appreciate its affects because my skin isn't mature, but I thought it deserves 3 stars for consistency and the way it left my skin feel - soft and hydrated.

3. Few months ago I bought YESto blueberries Intensive Skin Repair Serum and Day Reparing Moisturiser and both of them I finished this month. I think YESto is a very affordable natural skin care brand and it is worth checking it out. I bought them from Boots with 3 for 2 offer along with the eye treatment. Both of the skin care products have a very good ingredients list, moisturiser is made from 97% natural ingredients and the serum contains 99% natural ingredients. Only one reservation I have both products left my skin a bit sticky after use, but overall I will give to YESto blueberries Intensive Skin Repair Serum and Day Reparing Moisturise 4 stars out of 5. They are full of goodness, left my skin hydrated and soft during harsh winter months, they have lovely mild scent and affordable.

Here is the ingredient list for YESto blueberries Day Reparing Moisturiser:

Water (Aqua), Vaccinium Angustifolium (Blueberry) Fruit Juice, Glycerin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice*, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter)*, Ethyl Palmate*, Onopordum Acanthium (Cotton Thistle) Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Glycine Soya (Soybean) Oil, Cetearyl Glucoside, Alcohol, Behenyl Alcohol, Sucrose Stearate, Xanthan Gum, Tocopherol, Glyceryl Caprylate, Phenethyl Alcohol, Fragrance (Parfum).

4. My last, but not the least beauty product to review is MUA Concealer wand in shade Natural. The best affordable concealer I have tried. It is a perfect shade for my under eye area, highlights without shine and sparkle like some others. This concealer blends so well and is not visible to eye. I will give MUA Concealer wand 5 stars out of 5. It isn't a natural product, but I am fine with that. Let's I tell you, it is only £1.50.
