Beauty haul: La Roche-Posay, Sukin, John Frieda and BarryM

Hope you all are keeping well and safe. I had a little splash on my favourite beauty brands and though to catch up and share as it has been a while for me to write a blog post. I am and my family are well, but this has been a very busy and usual year. Beauty is a safe and uplifting topic to return to.

John Frieda added new lines: Hydrate & Recharge and Weightless Wonder. I am a fun of Strengthen & Restore line for a while now and tend to return to it after trying new hair products. Thought to explore a little bit of John Frieda range and see if I can find a new favourite I can come back to.

The John Frieda Hydrate & Recharge collection according to John Frieda website quenches thirsty, lifeless hair with a surge of powerful moisture. It is infused with nutrient-rich drops containing Monoi oil and Keratin. Hydrate & Recharge collection acts as a moisture reservoir, helping to keep dry hair hydrated from within. It will transform dry, dehydrated strands into silky hair that moves with you.

A lovely promise from John Frieda. I am excited to test it on my hair. The bottle feels comfortable in my hand, a different design to the rest John Frieda shampoos and conditioners. Hydrate & Recharge shampoo has a sweet scent. Can't wait to try it out.

Ever since my firstborn, I have fine hair and multiple flyaways. I am hoping Weightless Wonder by John Frieda will tame my flyaways and smooth my fine hair into something manageable and silky.

According to John Frieda, Weightless Wonder shampoo is infused with Aloe water for gentle, yet nourishing and balanced cleanse. I love the light and refreshing scent of this shampoo more than the Hydrate & Recharge. Let's see which one my hair will prefer better.

I am ever on the lookout for a perfect eye cream and this time settled on La Roche-Posay Toleriane Ultra Eye Contour. This is a non-oily instantly absorbing eye cream specifically designed to hydrate and soothe irritated or dry skin around the eyes. Like the packaging - little pump and a very generous 20ml of eye cream. Promise to review once eye cream is tried and tested for a while.

According to La Roche-Posay this eye cream is enriched with Neurosensine, Niacinamide and Thermal Spring Water to instantly soothe irritated skin.

Have been a loyal fan of Sukin skincare for a long time now. I like the brand, philosophy behind and general affordability of beauty products they offer. This time I bought Sukin Rosehip Hydrating day and night creams and Sukin Super Greens Facial Recovery Serum. I am sure they will add nicely to my facial skincare routine this summer end/autumn.

Sukin Rosehip Hydrating Day Cream is infused with Pomegranate to help relieve dehydrated skin and prevent the signs of premature ageing. With Kakadu Plum, naturally rich in Vitamin C, Sukin Rosehip Hydrating day cream encourages skin radiance, while a generous blend of active botanicals will improve the texture of the skin and leaves skin feeling smooth and hydrated.

According to Sukin, this cream can also be used as a lightweight evening moisturiser. It is suitable for all skin types especially dry.

A very generous jar of 120ml of natural, cruelty-free, vegan and carbon neutral cream.

Sukin Rosehip Hydrating Night Cream is nourishing and enriching, infused with Rosehip Oil, Vitamin C, and rich Kakadu Plum to provide both short and long-term hydration and skin radiance to dehydrated and mature skin types.

According to Sukin, this cream is made with Australian Indigenous fruit Quandong (also known as a native peach) rich in essential fatty acids and Camellia to revitalise dehydrated and distressed skin, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and radiant each morning.

Sukin Super Greens Recovery Serum is hydrating, nutrient-filled daily facial recovery serum which has super green extracts of Kale, Spirulina and Parsley. According to Sukin, Super Greens Recovery Serum assists in the maintenance of a radiant, even skin tone. A special antioxidant-rich blend of Acai and Goji Berry Extracts and Grape Seed Oil promoted youthful-looking skin and light hydration before moisturising.

I like this serum's key ingredients: Super Greens blend, Cocoa Butter, Grape Seed, Avocado and Carrot Seed. Amazing combination of antioxidant for a little bottle. Got high expectation for this one.

The last, but definitely not the least - BarryM Gelly on Shine nail paints in Ginger (947) and Blue Jade (951), plus Avocado Nail Shot Cuticle Oil. Beautiful shades for both hands and toes and I like that BarryM nail paints tend to stay on my nails for a few days.

BarryM Avocado Nail Shot Cuticle Oil hydrates and nourishes with this colourful oil filled with glycerin, avocado and sweet almond oils topped with a refreshing mint fragrance.

Have you tried any from above?
Stay safe,
Marija
